Vendor Spotlight: BYU-I Ag Business


BYU-I Market Fresh Produce is a student run business directed toward research and learning. We sell fresh locally grown produce as well as nuts and dried fruit. Students are responsible for growing and tending the garden as well as harvesting and selling the produce. Students learn how to run a small production operation through hands on experience. What we learn isn’t only for the students but can be applied and shared to other farmers market vendors throughout the US.
