Fall = Winter Squash

Spahghetti Squash with Jalepeño Cream: Sunset Magazine

Winter squash of all varieties is abundant at the Farmers Market this time of year and it’s one of my favorite fall comfort foods. I usually keep it simple, baked with a little butter and brown sugar (and sometimes cinnamon), but last year I tried this recipe for Spaghetti Squash with Jalepeño Cream and it became an instant family favorite.  Everyone you make it for will ask for the recipe, it’s that good!
