Opening Day is Here . . .

. . . and we’re ready, even if the weather doesn’t want to cooperate. Here’s a list of our produce and nursery vendors and what they’ll have to offer this week at the market:

BYU-I Horticulture – Hanging baskets, bedding plants, trees

BYU-I Ag Business – A variety of nuts, dried fruits, mixes, chocolate nuts, yogurt nuts, raisins, etc., as well as hydroponic tomatoes.

Woods Gardens – fresh Romaine lettuce, fresh broccoli, bedding plants, raspberry starts, asparagus starts, strawberry starts, blackberry starts, Greek frying cheese, 7 flavors of cheese curds, smoked rainbow trout, blue Agave, canned fruits.

Grove City Gardens – Garden starts: raspberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, & peppers, as well as a wide variety of garden seeds and fresh asparagus.

Green Thumb Nursery – Garden starts, color pots, and hanging baskets.

In addition to our produce and nursery vendors we’ll have delicious baked goods, fudge, homemade caramels & shortbread, kettle corn, cotton candy, homemade noodles, Mexican style corn of the cob, and some of the best local artisans and crafters around.
